Joye Janine is a Program Director, Professional Speaker, & Content Creator dedicated to transforming lives through programs that Sow Empowering Emotions Deliberately In Youth (SEEDIY). Her mission is to raise self-image by empowering individuals to improve their self-knowledge, elevate self-awareness, and harness the power of decision-making.

With a bachelor’s degree in Mass Media Arts and a master's degree in Applied Developmental Psychology, Joye brings a unique blend of creativity and psychological expertise to her work. As a content creator, rapper, and spoken word artist, she utilizes her platforms to inspire individuals to discover their inner strengths, ignite their talents, and embrace positive change in their lives.

For over 20 years, Joye Janine has worked with children, families, and adults, specializing in social-emotional development, mindset shifting, goal setting, problem solving, conflict resolution, empowerment, and academic achievement. Her programs have positively impacted thousands of people worldwide, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential.  She has worked some of the leading experts in youth development and student achievement including, Eric Thomas, Ph.D, as a Kidpreneur Instructor Program Coach for the Extreme Execution/Extreme Summer School Program. Joye also served as a Coach on Dr. Eric Thomas’s You Aint The Boss of Me Kid’s Call providing youth empowerment and social emotional learning.

Through Joye’s work, she aims to empower, entertain, and evoke lasting positive change. Her ultimate goal is to inspire individuals to become productive citizens, contributing to a better society.
